About Pat

Pat Hurley is a change agent and sounding board for business leaders seeking validation for their professional direction and business decisions. With numerous positions including president and chief executive, vice president, and general manager at companies such as AlliedSignal, BAE Automated Systems, and Raytheon, Pat has a wealth of practical experience to draw upon to advise today’s CEO or inner circle of business leaders through common challenges. He has more than 35 years experience in defense, aerospace, and international business, including 11 years in avionics and electronics.

Pat received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the United States Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University. He served in the Air Force for 26 years on active duty and in the reserves, flying numerous aircraft types including cargo, fast mover, and combat experience.

Pat’s passion is applying this experience to formulate a vision and help a dedicated team put plans in place as well as execute to move towards that vision.
